I've been wanting to make him for years but I could never figure out how to make him as a stable suncatcher. I was thinking about it and decided to use some thick copper bars as the ski poles to double as stabilizing points, it worked out so well!
He is approximately 10x6 inches, the deta8ls are hand painted with low-fire glass paints.
